Gergonne Industry is fully vertically integrated, meaning that we manage every stage of our adhesive tapes manufacturing (formulation, coating, die-cutting, packaging, sterilization managment, regulatory affairs).This enables us to supply our medical customers with raw materials, semi-finished or finished products, according to their needs.
Coating :
- in house laboratory (for adhesive tapes development)
- formulation of adhesive masses (acrylic, PU and silicone)
- coating (5 coating lines including one on ISO 8 cleanroom)
Die-cutting
- Design (in house design departement)
- manufacturing (latest generation rotary-die-cutting in ISO 8 cleanroom)
- packaging (flat heat-sealed or cold-sealed primary packaging)
