Thanks to their revolutionnary technology and chemistry, our TSI products provide significant benefits such as a low carbon footprint and wide web process suitable for large volume. Our TSI pads are available with different levels of thermal conductivity and hardness

Benefits: 

• highly conformable and compressible 
• silicone oil free (no leakage - no outgassing)
• excellent high temperature resistance (up to 200°C)

Our acrylic thermal tapes: 

Perfectly suited to thermal dissipation and electrical insulation, our HTP thermally conductive adhesive tapes are available in a range of thicknesses and offer excellent conformability for clean, easy application with no risk of air entrapment.
