By controlling and mastering every stage in the manufacture of its adhesive tapes, Gergonne Industrie is able to support you to create your adhesive tapes to meet your specifications:
- step 1 : research and development (laboratory and design department in-house)
- step 2 : adhesive formulation (acrylic emulsion, acrylic solvent, silicone and synthetic rubber)
- step 3 : coating : 5 adhesive coating (including one in ISO 8 cleanroom)
- step 4 : slitting (rewinding or spooling)
