The miniaturization of electronic components and their use continues to grow:

  • in the automotive market (electric cars, autonomous cars, connected cars, batteries/energy storage, intelligent lighting systems, cameras, in-vehicle infotainment, etc.)
  • in other markets such as household appliances, consumer electronics, electrical equipment and domestic and public lighting.

In addition, ever-smaller electronic components are being packed into ever-smaller spaces. As a result, the heat generated by electronic systems is increasing, as is the risk of component deterioration.

This trend generates a need for thermal dissipation, and the use of thermal interface materials (TIMs) is essential.

GERGONNE offers a GERGOTIM range of thermal pads and thermally conductive adhesive tapes specially designed to improve the reliability/longevity of electronic components and reduce their risk of failure.

GERGOTIM: Focus on our TSI silicone thermal pads

Our silicone thermal pads offer significant advantages thanks to their breakthrough technology: low carbon footprint, manufacturing process adapted to high volumes, etc. 

Tacky on both sides, our thermal pads are highly conformable and compressible, and can withstand high temperatures (up to 200°C). What's more, they're made without silicone oil, ensuring no leakage and low outgassing. Our TSI silicone thermal pads are available with different levels of hardness and thermal conductivity

The TSI range includes standard references (TSI-10, TSI-11 and TSI-12), but other custom configurations are possible, depending on your needs. Contact us for more information.

Our HTP adhesive thermal interface solutions feature a unique, innovative construction and guarantee excellent thermal conductivity and electrical insulation.

Perfectly suited to thermal dissipation and electrical insulation, our thermally conductive acrylic interface adhesives are available in different thicknesses and offer excellent conformability for precise, clean application, with no risk of air entrapment. 

Our thermal interface adhesives are manufactured in rolls and can be cut to suit the needs of each application. 

Their double-sided adhesive properties enable :

  • a faster, easier assembly process
  • improved performance thanks to excellent conformability (in contact with 100% of the surface and no risk of air bubbles).


The HTP range comprises 4 standard references: HTP10-180, HTP10-250, HTP10-500 and HTP10-1000.
